Cell Site Analysis Industry Update for Barristers

The last few years has seen an unprecedented consolidation within the network infrastructures. With the forming of the EE network and the roll out of 4G (LTE). This has led to much more complex scenarios when performing network survey measurements.  We have seen many examples of survey results that are ineffective due to the lack of current knowledge and expertise on the part of the surveyor.

Over the past 3 years the cell site analysis experts at Footprint Investigations have trained hundreds of Barristers in relation to this complex evidence. We provide two training courses accredited by the Bar Standards Board. The original course ‘Cell Site Analysis Explained’ is suitable for Lawyers who have a general understanding of this evidence. The most recent course ‘Cell Site Analysis in Action’ is aimed at those who have dealt with this evidence and have a good understanding of it. This is a more technical course and looks at changes to both the industry as well as changes to the Crown’s delivery of this evidence.

We offer the courses throughout the year and our Cell Site Experts will travel to Chambers at a time to suit. We normally run evening courses to fit around court commitments at Chambers, as well as the work and court commitments of our cell site analysis experts.

We have had fantastic feedback over the years, especially from Lawyers who thought they were already very knowledgeable on the subject.  Cell site analysis has never been more complex than it is now and if you practice in crime then you would benefit from an update even if you have been on a course in the last few years.

A Lawyer at a recent course stated that ‘the CPD course Cell Site Analysis in Action trashes everything you thought you knew about cell site’. Have a look at our testimonials page and see what other Lawyers thought of our training
