Cell Site Case Co-ordinator Vacancy
Footprint Investigations have a vacancy for a Forensics Case Co-Ordinator to join our busy team in Redditch. This role would suit a paralegal or similar currently working in criminal defence, or a retired police staff member.
The role is to ensure the flow of cell site analysis and image presentation graphics work from the start of a case until sending out the exhibits to the customer.
The role will involve;
- Liaising with police forces, Crown Prosecution Service, and defence solicitors to obtain call data records
- Ensuring case management systems are kept up to date
- Liaising with all experts, analysts, cell site managers and quality manager, as each case progresses and making sure all targets are met
- Use of CRM systems, and Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word
- Use of CJSM, CCDCS, Egress, Axon – Evidence, NICE Investigate, BOX and similar
- Destruction of data and files consistent with operating procedures
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities;
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Computer Literate
- Can work independently with limited supervision
- Able to prioritise work and meet strict deadlines
- Ability to complete work accurately, clearly, and concisely
- Bring in new ideas to innovate ways of working
- Excellent listening and interpersonal skills
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Further Requirements;
- Relevant formal qualifications.
- Requires a minimum of 5 years UK residency
