Footprint Investigations were delighted to be asked to submit an article about cell site analysis for the latest edition of the Investigator magazine. It was appropriate that the article dealt with the analysis of mobile phone data and when cell site analysis can be of assistance to the investigator. It has as also attempted to make readers aware that it is the Police who direct the cell site analysis expert and to identify the areas of relevance in the mobile phone call data records.
Footprint Investigations are pleased to announce that they are now accredited by the Bar Standards Board, to offer free CPD training courses about the use of mobile phones within criminal cases, specifically dealing with cell site analysis.

Footprint investigations have been invited to speak at the forthcoming mobile phone forensics conference hosted by the Investigator magazine on 23rd November 2012 at Rothley Court hotel in Leicestershire. We will be giving a talk on mobile phone attribution and call pattern analysis and the impact these can have during criminal investigations using cell site analysis.
Many thanks to the Public Defender Service for inviting us to conduct a CPD course at their Cheltenham office on 19th July 2012. The course was very well received by all from the Cheltenham and Pontypridd offices.
