Cell Site Analysis Explained at Old Bailey Chambers

The Cell Site Analysis experts from Footprint Investigations were delighted to be asked to conduct the CPD course “Cell Site Analysis Explained” recently.

The course was organised by Old Bailey Chambers and sponsored by Stephensons Solicitors, and was held at the LSE building at Lincolns’ Inn Fields.

Many of the attendees had used cell site analysis in previous cases, and a number of them had introduced cell site analysis where the Crown had not used it.

The first part of the cell site analysis talk was given by cell site expert Greg, where he spoke about the truths and myths surrounding the use of cell site analysis in criminal cases, along with a technical overview.

Greg also talked about radio frequency network surveys, and showed call mapping and schedules.

Andy gave a talk on mobile phone attribution, and the importance of getting this right when conducting cell site analysis.

This was a very well attended evening by barristers from Old Bailey Chambers, as well as Solicitors from numerous firms, and an enjoyable evening was had by all.

Thank you to the organisers from Old Bailey Chambers, and all who attended the event.
