Footprint Investigations are delighted to welcome their latest cell site analysis expert John Tarpey to the team. John is very well known within the cell site analysis industry and has recently joined Footprint Investigations in the role of Cell Site Expert Witness. John brings with him an established reputation for ability, quality and reliability.

John has been providing this service for over 13 years, and was previously an expert in Cell Site Analysis at FTS, and more recently, Keith Borer Consultants. John is very well respected by his peers, Counsel and senior investigating officers.
John spent over a decade with Orange working as a Network Planning Engineer, including 6 years as a planning manager. During his time with Orange he played a major role in the planning and roll out of the Orange network. John was also involved in setting policy and procedures for coverage prediction within the company.
John has also been awarded a Chief Constables Commendation from Durham Constabulary for his outstanding work on a widely reported high-profile murder case.
Other notable cases on which he has worked include that of the murder of Rhys Jones for Merseyside Police, as well as the murder of Suzanne Pilley, which led to the first murder conviction without a body in Scotland.
Evidence has been given by John at many principal courts throughout the UK.
John will work alongside our other Senior Cell Site Expert Greg Robinson, along with Cell Site Experts Robert Knight and John Mallinder to assist with the ever-expanding number of cell site analysis cases at Footprint Investigations.
